New Client Booking
Even though you may be out of the metropolitan area, we still want to get to know you and your hair. You will still be given a free 15 minute consultation whether that is done over the phone or virtually.

You have a couple ways to book a consultation at The Wig Station. You can reach out by giving us a call, sending us an email or filling out our Conversation at the Station Form located on all of our Service pages. We will be happy to get you in as soon as possible that works with your schedule.

Phone or Virtual Consultations
Once your consultation is booked you will receive a confirmation email which will include the date, time, possibly a link to your virtual appointment us and a link to our New Client Form. Each new client is required to fill out a profile to complete the confirmation process for your first appointment at The Wig Station. This form must be completed within 24 hours of the time of booking to hold your consultation on the schedule. A credit card must be held on file for all new client appointments at The Wig Station.

Email Consultations
Many times we are able to cover all the information that we need through emails and pictures. Once you are ready to proceed with services, you will be sent a link to our New Client Form. Each new client is required to fill out a profile to complete the confirmation process for your reserving your spot for service on the schedule  at The Wig Station. This form must be completed prior to receiving shipping instructions.  A credit card must be held on file for all new clients at The Wig Station.  This credit card will only be charged if there is a break in one of the following policies.

Consultation & Shipping
The client will receive a free 15-minute consultation for each piece that is sent in for service. Any time over this courtesy consultation time will be billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $15 to the credit card left on file. Should the client decide to not move forward with any services, the client will be charged for the total amount of time spent during the consultation. The client will have 30 days to send any pieces in for service and the charge of $15 per piece will be deducted from the final invoice.

Arrival & Estimate
Once your piece has arrived at The Wig Station, you will be notified that it is safe and sound. As soon as we can get it to – your piece will be given a once over to make sure there isn’t anything else that your Beauty Technician notices now that it can be seen in person and touched. After the full diagnostic check is completed, you will be given an estimate.  This estimate is your chance to choose a la cart the services with which you would like to move forward. If you approve the estimate this is our agreement that you have given permission for the services to be performed on your piece.

Finished Work
Once the estimate is approved, your piece will be moved into the schedule. Your Beauty Technician will give you a turnaround time. Once the services are completed you will receive pictures via email for any feedback. If you do not have any feedback – you will be offered return shipping options and your final invoice will be sent.

Shipping
Your piece will be sent out as soon as you pay your final invoice in full. For a look at payment options – head over to the Payment Options page. Once payment is received you will receive a tracking number and notification of when the package is in the hands of the third party carrier.
