At The Wig Station, we offer six specialized services designed to optimize the fit of your wig's cap, all done discreetly "Under the Hood" of your wig. Many people find that store-bought wigs don't fit quite right, often with extra fabric in the back and sides. Whether you're dealing with a wig that's a little too roomy or looking to refresh an old favorite that's stretched out over time, we've got you covered!

To help your technician provide the best fit for your wig, we ask you to fill out our Alteration Intake Form with your measurements and a few other important details. This helps us pinpoint the perfect adjustments for your needs.

  • Occipital Tuck - $115

    The Wig Station is the home of the Occiptal Tuck removing excess fabric from behind the ears and under the occipital.

  • Size Up your wig cap

    Size Up Your Cap - $150+

    If your cap is too small, your technician can open it up to give you more room in the circumference .

  • Tucks behind the ears on wig cap

    Side Tucks - $98

    If you just have extra fabric behind your ears but not in the back this service create a snug fit.

  • Circumference Tuck - $65+

    Sometimes the circumference around the hairline needs to be tighten up or opened up depending on your comfort needs.

  • Tighten the Front - $55+

    This service will help your front lace to lay flat on the curves of your forehead and sides in
    front of the ear tabs.

  • Side Elastic

    Side Elastic - $60+

    Side elastic can get stretched out over time and cause the circumference to feel loose.
