It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to minimize the risk of such issues. Any claims for loss or damage must be directed to the shipping carrier in accordance with their policies and procedures. Additionally, The Wig Station recommends that clients consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to protect against potential loss or damage during transit.
